comfortable pillows direct access coffee pods soft mattress missing batteries housekeeping issues
the hotel has an elevator providing direct access to the cruise ship check-in area. this made the transition to the ship very easy. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the room provided towels, toiletries, coffee pods, and water.
the tv remote lacked batteries. i found an old wrapper in the bathtub left by a previous guest.

convenient location easy walk beautiful views long wait system failure no manager
The hotel location allowed me to easily walk from my cruise ship. Transit access was a short walk away. The coastal walk was right there. The views were beautiful.
I waited twenty minutes in the registration line. Only one clerk was checking in another couple. There was no manager to explain the system failure. I found the check-in process very stressful.

easy location lovely pool handy delivery
the location was easy to find and there was lots of tours starting right outside. the pool was lovely. the hotel delivered luggage directly to the cruise ship for a small fee, this was handy. check out was easy too.
